First of all it was pleasure communicating and working with Orbitz. Although it was our first tour overseas a part of business delegation, Orbitz made it feel like a family excursion.

During the planning part, it was nice communicating with Mr Pardeep. He had given clear idea about the accommodations, transport facilities etc and it made us pretty easy to take the decisions.

During the VISA application phase we received good Co-operation from the Pune office.

And finally we appreciate the help and support extended by you personally while arranging the tour. It was nice to get communicated at the prompt timings considering the short time period available for the VISA application and the planning period. We really loved the accomodation arranged by Orbitz at StayAtMalmo.

The tour itself was a nice experience for us to present our project at international level. But besides the hospitality extended by Mr. Khushru was absolutely admirable. He was there to help us at each and every moment.

Hi Orbitz Team,
We are back from the tour of Rajasthan. It has been a very good trip. Thanks for organizing a detailed and interesting trip.. The hotel accomodations were very comfortable. The vehicle arranged was a qualis a/c which had good leg room for long journeys compared to indicas The guides on tour were knowledgable and we could get lot of interesting information from them.

Amongst the hotels we rank 'gajner' as the best.We felt we could have spent a little more time here i.e till lunch as we had nothing to do at jaisalmer after check i- in that day. Also 'gajner' organizes a wildlife safari costing Rs 2000/- per jeep which could have been left at the visitors choice and cost.. As we had to check out after breakfast, we did not have time for the wildlife sanctuary. We wanted to taste typical Rajasthani food. So on 29th of oct instead of going back to the hotel for lunch, we had lunch at one of the local restaurants which your guide at Jodhpur had shown us. The desert experience was quite thrilling especially the sand dunes.People normally flock to beaches on holidays but desert, sand dunes and living in tents was something totally different. As talked to you on phone, the vouchers may need some verification before handing over to the guests. For instance, 1 - The voucher for 'gajner' showed check in 25th and check out - 26th. But in the same voucher, the plan indicates check out 27th. 2 - At fort Rajwada, the ckeck out time is 12.00noon, while leaving for tents begins at 4.00 p.m. Initially we were told to check out and stay in the lobby but the hotel manager allowed us to stay on till we left for the tents. The vehicle provided had a cassette player with no cassettes. We had informed Rajasthan tours about this and asked them to change to C D player. Atleast we can play our own discs.

 Medica 2009

To be honest, the present tour of Medica with Orbitz was the best among last few years. There were absolutely no hassles of any nature. The tour manager Mr. Khushroo was extremely co operative and times went out of the way to extend help. The quality of food served was excellent.

I have a suggestion for the coming years Medica tours for Orbitz. As you already had 2 products this year, one budget in Ibis and another in Novatel, in the coming year, I suggest you should select a hotel still nearer to the fair ground. For people who have limited budget, you already have a product but for people for whom budget is not constraint, they would not mind paying further extra but would be more comfortable if the hotel is near the fair ground.

I am back in India after my visit of MEDICA 2009 at Düsseldorf.

Overall, I am very happy with services rendered by ORBITZ.
You & Jitin were very helpful in organizing the visa & other formalities. It was a nice communication on both ways for all the issues.

From Mumbai onwards, Rajesh & group taken care of us. They guided very well and never had any hiccups. Programme was well planned and fulfilled our personal & official needs. Indian food organized by Orbiz was good and adequate.

 Anuga 2009

Well coming back to feedback and rating my expereince to Anuga through ORBITZ, on the scale of 10, I will rate Orbitz at 8.5.

Where do you loose 1.5 marks, in my opinion is Orbitz looses 1 mark on food quality and rest 0.5. Orbitz looses while Orbitz tour manager were taking care of smallest details and not letting us use our mind. The overall experience and satisfaction is therefore 9/10.

Interacting with you have been equally a pleasure as you took care of almost everthing during pre deparature preparation. At the sametime I also acknowledge the everlasting bond of freindship with orbitz team specially you which has developed during this interaction and travel
